The Bahamas has three indigenous forms of music and dance: Goombay, Rake 'n' Scrape, and Junkanoo. Rake 'n' scrape is the traditional music of the Bahamas, which is usually played on instruments such as the accordion, saw, and goatskin drum. The entertainment for the night will include dancing to Junkanoo and DJ.
Food sales will include conch prepared a variety of styles, pork souse, cakes, cookies, guava duff and more
